Oak Belrose is natural European oak on a 9 1/2″ board, finished in UV-cured oil — the most honest combination of colour, scale and finish in the collection.
Oil is what makes it honest. Rather than building a protective film, the oil penetrates and cures within the timber, so the floor you touch is oak and nothing else: open-grained, matt, and warm to the hand. Curing under ultraviolet light gives it modern hardness and lets the floor be walked on the moment it is laid.
The timber is Rustic grade — knots, mineral streaks, full cathedral figure — with medium variation giving genuine tonal movement, and the wire-brushed texture opening the grain so the oil can settle. Boards run 86.5″ random lengths over a 5/8″ engineered core with a 3 mm wear layer.
A natural oiled wide plank suits interiors built on real materials: stone, plaster, wool, leather, and joinery left to show its own grain.
