This is Oak Vanilla in herringbone — the same warm, creamy pale oak, cut into square-ended blocks and laid at right angles to build the classic zig-zag. The pattern doubles the number of edges in the room, and because vanilla is a warm, soft white, those edges read as gentle light-and-shade rather than hard contrast. The effect is luminous and quietly grand.
