Oak Almond takes its colour from the nut rather than the blossom: a warm, softly golden mid-tone with a hint of tan in it, laid as classical herringbone. It is the shade that gives the pattern its traditional European warmth — the tone of a floor that has been in the room a long time.

Select & Better grading keeps the timber consistent so the pattern stays the subject, and the silky surface — smooth and closed rather than brushed — lets light travel evenly across the whole plane. Under a silk matte sheen the effect is soft and even, with the herringbone read through geometry and grain direction rather than texture.
