French Oak Chevron Flooring Oak Bois Flotte
Driftwood, in the broad chevron proportion. Oak Bois Flotte is a silvered grey-brown carrying the weathered softness of timber shaped by sun and salt, and at 5 1/2″ × 25″ the points are long and unhurried — a pattern that gives a room direction without ever raising its voice.
It is the most versatile chevron in the collection for exactly that reason. A neutral grey in a slow rhythm sits underneath almost any palette, which is why it appears as often in minimal contemporary apartments as in coastal houses.
Light Rustic grade keeps small knots and mineral flecking in the wood. On a grey tone this matters more than on a warm one: the flecks are what keep the colour reading as oak. Built on a 9/16″ engineered core with a 4 mm wear layer, finished in urethane over matt lacquer.
At home in entrance halls, open-plan living spaces, galleries and hospitality interiors, and particularly good against pale stone, linen and blackened metal.
