European Oak Flooring Oak Urbino
Oak Urbino is a natural European oak whose defining quality is medium variation — a deliberate degree of tonal difference from board to board. Some boards run lighter, some deeper, and the room takes on the softly uneven surface of a floor that has been in place for a generation rather than one that was delivered last month.
That is a specification decision, not an accident. Uniform floors read as product; varied floors read as material. Rustic grading supports it with knots, mineral streaks and real figure in every board.
The finish is UV-cured oil, which cures into the top fibres of the wood rather than forming a film, leaving an open, matt, entirely natural surface, and the wire-brushed texture gives the oil grain to sit in. Boards are 7 1/2″ wide in 74 3/4″ random lengths on a 5/8″ engineered core with a 4 mm wear layer.
A floor for country houses, converted buildings and interiors where the timber is meant to feel found rather than chosen.
