Curated. Certified. Uncompromising

THE FOUNDER

Long before Miami, there was the oak. The heritage of European wood flooring begins in a forest, not a showroom, and that is where VOGUE Parquet® begins too.

The formation of Jessiel Hernandez began in the cooperages of Europe, selecting the finest oak for wine barrels. A barrel forgives nothing: the grain must be tight, the wood flawless.

That eye then moved to a European millwork house, where French oak from the forests of Normandy and Burgundy was transformed into parquet for châteaux, private estates, and museums. Inside those walls, wood was studied before it was ever touched: which way the grain ran, where the light would catch it, which board deserved to become a Versailles panel. Years spent among craftsmen who measured their work in decades.

VOGUE Parquet® is the direct descendant of that training. Its founder knows French oak the way a sommelier knows a vintage, by origin, by grade, by the character of a particular forest. The selection of a plank, the reading of its grain: all of it is judged by hand and by eye.

THE ATELIER

VOGUE Parquet® is a private hardwood flooring atelier in Miami, working by appointment with interior designers, architects, developers, and owners of exceptional residences.

The collections are built around French oak and European oak, among the most prized hardwoods in the world, sourced through long-standing relationships with the finest millwork houses in Europe. Curated collections arrive in a range of widths and patterns, from straight plank to chevron and herringbone. Alongside them, a fully bespoke collection is made to order: width, grade, finish, and pattern, from Versailles parquet to a design created for a single residence. Whatever a project asks for, it can be made.

Each project receives dedicated attention from the first consultation to the day the floor arrives at the property, with the pace a high-end schedule demands. Personal service here is also prompt service. The answer arrives before the question becomes a delay.

For the project that calls for what no one else in the market can supply, a rare species, an unusual width, a pattern with no name yet, this atelier is where it is found. Direct access to European millwork means a custom hardwood floor is built to specification rather than chosen from a catalog.

Samples ship nationwide. The atelier is in Miami; the material reaches every corner of the country.

That heritage is not decoration; it is a standard. It sets the grade a board must reach before it is offered, the tolerance it is milled to, and the finish allowed to leave the atelier. A floor is specified rather than selected: species, cut, width, grade and finish agreed before a single board is milled. Nothing reaches a residence that would not have passed inspection in a European millwork house. This is the heritage of European wood flooring as it was practised there, and as it is practised here.

One
Conversation

Every client is received by private consultation, in the Miami atelier or from anywhere in the United States. Distance changes nothing. Each project receives the same dedicated attention: its architecture, its light, its materials, and the way it will be lived in. The process is simple by design, guided by a team with deep expertise in luxury hardwood flooring and committed to finding the right floor for the project. A consultation is a working session: measurements, light, traffic, and the way the room is actually used. The heritage of European wood flooring is easiest to explain in a room, with the wood in your hand. Calm, comfortable, unhurried, and in good hands.

The Process

01CONSULTATION— a private conversation about the project, its needs, and its ambitions, held in person or remotely from anywhere in the country.

02SAMPLES— a curated selection of French oak and European oak, received during the consultation in the Miami atelier or shipped promptly to clients elsewhere for review in the space itself. Clients may request as many samples as the project requires.

03PROPOSAL— species, grade, construction, dimensions, pattern, and finish, presented in a clear and complete proposal.

04DELIVERY— every detail of the order is managed until the floor arrives at the property, wherever in the United States that may be.
