European Oak Flooring Oak Alimia
Oak Alimia is a natural European white oak specified for people who want the timber to look like timber. Its defining quality is its grading: Select ABC draws from three grades at once, so clean straight-grained boards, boards with sound knots, and boards with real figure all arrive in the same pack, blended in controlled proportion.
What that produces is a floor with movement built into it. No two boards repeat, yet nothing sits far enough from the average to look accidental. It is the most convincing way to get the character of an old European floor from new material — and, importantly, grade describes appearance only: every board is kiln-dried and engineered to the same standard.
The 10 1/4″ width gives that character room to be seen, the wire-brushed surface adds a tactile grain you register underfoot, and polyurethane with aluminium oxide protects it with a matt, long-service film. A 4 mm wear layer over a 5/8″ engineered core leaves a full refinishing reserve.
Suited to country houses, converted lofts, mountain residences and any interior built around natural materials and honest surfaces.
