VOGUE PARQUET® TERMS & CONDITIONS

ESTIMATE VALIDITY & PAYMENT TERMS

All estimates provided by VOGUE Parquet® are valid for seven (7) calendar days from the date of issuance.
A non-refundable deposit of 100% is required for all in-stock wood flooring.
Custom or backordered materials may require full payment in advance.
A 50% deposit of the total contract value is required to initiate all project work.
The remaining 50% is due immediately upon completion of the project, on the same day.
A 20% surcharge will be added if payment is not received within 48 hours of project completion.
Full payment must be received before any material delivery is scheduled. No exceptions.

INSTALLATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Installation dates are estimates only, unless explicitly guaranteed in writing by VOGUE Parquet®.
Concrete slabs not meeting flatness standards will result in unlevel installations. Subfloor materials or adhesives will not correct slab defects.
Installation pricing applies strictly to unfurnished and unoccupied sites. No exceptions.
Ancillary services (e.g., baseboards, transitions, protection layers) are excluded and quoted separately upon request.
Additional services requested during the project will be itemized and billed. It is the client’s responsibility to request and confirm pricing in writing.
VOGUE Parquet® reserves the right to terminate any active project at its sole discretion, with entitlement to partial payment and incurred costs.

PRICING & MARKET VARIABILITY

All pricing for plywood, lumber, and materials is subject to change without notice, based on supplier and market conditions.
Freight, handling, and delivery charges are not included in material pricing unless stated otherwise.
All final estimates are contingent upon a site visit by VOGUE Parquet® personnel.

PRODUCT STANDARDS & WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS

Wood is a natural product; tonal and grain variations, including knots, are inherent and not considered defects.
Sample boards are representative only and may not reflect final installation appearance.
Product warranties, if any, are provided solely by the original manufacturer. VOGUE Parquet® offers no separate material warranties.
VOGUE Parquet® is not liable for any product installed outdoors or in moisture-prone environments.
All photographs, renderings, and design layouts are copyrighted intellectual property of VOGUE Parquet®.

ORDER HOLDING

Customers requesting shipment or delivery delays accept full legal and financial responsibility for any changes in trade laws, tariffs, or restrictions during the holding period.
Orders held over 30 days may incur storage fees and risk cancellation without refund if unclaimed or unresponsive.
No liability is accepted by VOGUE Parquet® for changes in import/export laws or governmental regulations affecting stored goods.

FINAL SALE & CANCELLATION POLICY

All purchases are final and non-refundable. No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless explicitly stated.
Custom materials, exotic species, and special finishes are non-cancelable and non-returnable.
Cancellations after deposit are non-refundable without exception.
In rare cases where returns are accepted by management, a restocking fee, plus shipping and applicable taxes, will apply.
Refunds may take up to 12 months and are issued by mailed check only.

LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY

VOGUE Parquet® provides a 25-year residential finish warranty and 5-year light commercial warranty on factory-applied finishes.
