RETURN POLICY
To be eligible for an exchange only, no return accepted:
- Your item must be unused (not installed) AND In resellable condition.
- Exchange can only apply to defective products
- It must also be in the original packaging and include all the original accessories.
- We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Customized or modified products are not allowed to be exchanged, with no exceptions.
- Vogue Parquet will not accept any exchange that exceed 3 days after delivery/pickup.
- If you need to exchange an item in your order for another reason, send us an email at info@vogueparquet.com beforehand.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- Once your exchange is received and inspected: We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchanged item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
- A restocking fee 40% will be applied to your exchange.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Please do not send your purchased items back to us without authorization from us beforehand. We will deny the shipment and have the package returned back to you.
- All accepted returns are subject to paying a restocking fee, taxes, and shipping both ways, and may take up to 12 months for the customer to receive their refund check

Final Sale Policy: All orders that remain stored in our warehouse for more than 90 days at the customer’s request are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for shipment or pickup within 90 days of placing the order. Any delays requested by the customer beyond this period do not entitle them to a return, exchange, or refund.

Storage Agreement & Liabilities: After 90 days, the product remains in storage at the customer’s own risk, and Vogue Parquet assumes no liability for any changes in product condition, availability, or external trade regulations that may affect delivery. Additional storage fees may apply beyond 90 days, which will be communicated to the customer if applicable.

Customer’s Obligation to Stay Informed: The customer must stay informed of any import/export regulations that may affect their product. Requests for refunds due to increased tariffs, duties, or regulatory changes will not be accepted.
